Magic-link emails are sent within a few seconds of you clicking Send sign-in link. If yours hasn't arrived in 2-3 minutes, walk through these checks in order:
- Check your spam / promotions folder. Search for makeitcompound. If you find one there, mark it “Not spam” or drag it to your inbox so the next one routes correctly.
- Did you request more than once in a row? For your protection, we throttle sign-in link requests to one per minute per email address. If you submitted twice quickly, only the first email was sent. Wait a minute and try once.
- Are you using the right email?Double-check that the email you're entering matches the one you used to create your account.
- Did the link come from a different sender?Some users search for “Compound” and only find their stock-trading platform emails. Search by sender address — links come from
noreply@makeitcompound.com.
